Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
We're hiring a cold caller and appointment setter who's into the construction world. The person we want books meetings like it's a sport and brings these traits:
- Talks to people clearly and easily
- A history of winning on the phone, ideally pitching digital services
- Knows enough about websites and online marketing to talk shop with an owner
- Can keep plenty of prospects moving at different points in the pipeline
- Cares about building real rapport and leaving people happy
What you'll do:
Your main job is getting qualified appointments on the calendar. You'll call contractors from the lists we hand you, open the conversation, and book the good fits onto a Demo Call with our team. Every caller represents us, so a big part of the role is protecting the reputation we've earned. Along the way you'll give owners a quick, honest picture of how we help them land more jobs. Hitting your monthly appointment targets is a core part of the gig.
Have you sold into construction before? That's a big bonus.

Pay: $20 per qualified showed appointment + $40 per close
