Recall Systems does not sell personal information for money, and our website does not currently use advertising pixels. If we add them, some state laws, including California's, would call that "sharing" or "targeted advertising," and you have the right to opt out of it.
Here is every way to opt out. Use as many as you like.
1. Cookie Settings
Our website uses essential cookies only. If we add analytics or advertising pixels, we will list them in our Privacy Policy and you can switch them off under Cookie Settings. Your choice is saved in this browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, set it again there.
2. Use Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. You don't need to do anything else.
3. Send us an opt-out request
To opt out beyond one browser, for example for contact details you've already given us, submit a request and choose "Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising." You don't need to verify your identity to opt out.
Or email team@recall-systems.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
4. Stop marketing texts, calls, and emails
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email from us.
- Calls: tell the person who called, or email team@recall-systems.com, and we'll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
5. Sensitive personal information
We use sensitive personal information (like login credentials and payment details) only to provide our Services, so there's nothing more you need to limit. We do not sell sensitive personal data.
6. Got a text or call from a contractor we work with?
Some texts and calls come from our clients' businesses through the Platform. To stop those, reply STOP to the text or contact that business directly. You can also send us a privacy request and we'll pass it on to them.
7. Authorized agents
Someone else can opt out for you if they have your signed permission. They can use the privacy request form or email team@recall-systems.com.
