1. What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 10 business days.
- We verify your identity by matching what you gave us with what we have, usually your email address or phone number. Opt-out requests don't need verification.
- We respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we'll tell you why.
2. If you're a customer or lead of a contractor we work with
That business controls your information. We'll send your request to them and help them answer it. You can also contact the business directly.
3. If we say no
We'll explain why. You can appeal by submitting this form again and choosing "Appeal a decision on an earlier request," or by emailing team@recall-systems.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." Appeals are answered within 45 days (Virginia, Connecticut, Oregon) or 60 days (Colorado, Texas). If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
